About The Parking REIT, Inc.
The Parking REIT will operate as a publicly registered, non-traded real estate investment trust.
Our investment strategy is to invest all net proceeds from our offering in direct investments in real property that meet our investment objectives and strategies, primarily focusing on parking facilities, including lots, garages and other structures located throughout the United States and Canada.
The Parking REIT is led by an experienced executive team that has originated and managed commercial real estate lending transactions valued in excess of $2.5 billion. The team has experience in real estate, lending and in the management of public companies.
